Invoicing Features:
- Full invoice history for each customer is maintained and is easy
to retrieve.
- A full Customer list is maintained, including the ability to generate
mailing labels.
- Invoices are auto-numbering, and can start from any point to help
maintain your numbering structure.
- Several different types of invoices (including two preprinted ones)
to suit your needs. Each of these invoices print on a standard, blank
sheet of paper, or you can also print invoices to a receipt printer.
- Invoices can contain an unlimited number of items. Multi-page invoices
are generated automatically if necessary.
- Minimum number of keystrokes to create an invoice.
- Customer's are charged taxes according to their customer record.
No need to remember if a particular customer has a Tax Exempt number,
RMS will remember for you and charge the appropriate taxes. You can
even have RMS ask you on a per invoice basis for customers who sometimes
pay Taxes and sometimes don't.

Purchasing Features:
- A full Vendor list is maintained, including the ability to generate
mailing labels.
- Purchase Orders are auto-numbering and can start from any point to
help maintain your numbering structure.
- Purchase Orders can contain an unlimited number of items. Multi-page
POs are generated automatically if necessary.
- Purchase Orders can be either OPEN, CLOSED, or RECEIVED.
- Purchase Orders can be left as partially received and can be received
one item at a time over an unlimited number of days.
Inventory Features:
- Detailed Inventory list including full inventory control.
- User definable inventory categories - Each category has a separate
tax status and discount levels.
- Automatically updates your inventory's pricing during a sale, and
changes it back to the regular price when the sale is over.
- Inventory lookups can be based on either the inventory item's description
or the stock number.
- Inventory can also be tracked on a "per customer" basis. This is
great for keeping track of purchase clubs or similar uses.
- Quantities can have a up to two decimal places, making it possible
to sell time or partial quantities of items.
