Invoicing:
- Full invoice history for each customer is maintained and is easy
to retrieve.
- A full Customer list is maintained, including the ability to generate
mailing labels.
- Invoices are auto-numbering, and can start from any point to help
maintain your numbering structure.
- 7 different types of invoices to suit your needs. 4 internal invoices
include, Regular Invoice, Graphic (fancy) Invoice, Half Sized (7), and
Letterhead style invoice.. Each of these invoices print on a standard,
blank sheet of paper. As well, you also have your choice of 11 or 7
inch preprinted invoices, plus you can generate cash register type receipts
using a slip printer.
- Invoices can contain an unlimited number of items. Multi-page invoices
are generated automatically if necessary.
- Minimum number of keystrokes to create an invoice.
- Customer's are charged taxes according to their customer record.
No need to remember if a particular customer has a PST number, RMS will
remember for you and charge the appropriate taxes. You can even have
RMS ask you on a per invoice basis for customers who sometimes pay Provincial
Sales Tax and sometimes don't.
- Customers custom pricing is automatically applied, as are any discount
level prices.
- Apply a discount (in percent) to any item as you are adding them

one item at a time over an unlimited number of days. Inventory:
- Detailed Inventory list including full inventory control.
- Regular, Serialized, and Assemblies are supported in inventory.
- User definable inventory categories - Each category has a separate
tax status and discount levels.
- Automatically updates your inventory pricing during a sale, and changes
it back to the regular price when the sale is over.
- Inventory lookups can be based on either the inventory item's description
or the stock number.
- Inventory can also be tracked on a "per customer" basis. This is
great for keeping track of purchase clubs or similar uses.
- Quantities can have a up to two decimal places, making it possible
to sell time or partial quantities of items.
- Product/Price labels.
- Reorder points to help generate your Purchase Orders.
- Inventory Linking allows you to add another item automatically to
your invoice when you sell a linked item. This works great for items
that may have special charges or handling fees, or when two items need
to be sold together.
